365 dances around the sun!

Everyday our body’s carry us through life. We do this without realizing the amazing complexity of even the simplest movement, often forgetting to be thankful for this. We are capable of communicating so much through our bodies without speaking even a single word. 

I started doing a dance a day.  Each day I found time to dance no matter where or what I was doing. This made me more aware of how I was feeling each day by connecting me with my body. Overtime I started to see these as a visual diary entries. Each one unique and expressing the different energies of the day.
